1. About
CubeLaps is a SaaS platform for AI-powered code generation, operated by CubeLaps SAS, a simplified joint-stock company with a share capital of €1,000, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register.
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the service available at cubelaps.com.
By using the Service, you fully accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, you must not use the Service.
2. Account
To access the features of the Service, the User must create an account by providing a valid email address and password. The User agrees to provide accurate information and to maintain the confidentiality of their credentials.
The User is solely responsible for all activity carried out under their account. In the event of unauthorized use, the User must immediately notify CubeLaps.
3. Service Description
CubeLaps provides an automated source code generation service from text descriptions, screenshots, or Figma imports. The generated code is provided as-is, without guarantee of production-readiness.
The Service also includes an automated security audit (OWASP) of generated applications. This audit is provided for informational purposes and does not constitute a professional security certification.
4. Intellectual Property
The User retains full ownership of code generated through the Service. CubeLaps claims no intellectual property rights over code produced for the User.
CubeLaps retains ownership of its platform, algorithms, models, and all underlying technology used to provide the Service.
5. Pricing & Billing
CubeLaps offers several subscription plans (Free, Pro, Agency) with monthly or annual billing through Stripe. Prices are displayed in USD.
The User may cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No pro-rata refunds are issued.
6. Acceptable Use
The User agrees not to use the Service to generate unlawful, offensive, discriminatory content, or content that infringes the rights of third parties. CubeLaps reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account in violation.

7. Liability
CubeLaps shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the Service, including data loss, service interruptions, or defects in generated code.
CubeLaps' liability is limited to the total amount paid by the User during the preceding 12 months.
8. Modifications
CubeLaps reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated by email or via the Service. Continued use of the Service after modification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or execution shall be submitted to the competent courts of Paris, France.
