1. Scope

CubeLaps is an AI-powered code generation tool. This policy defines prohibited uses of the Service. It supplements our Terms of Use.

All users of the Service agree to comply with this policy. CubeLaps reserves the right to immediately suspend or delete any account in violation, without prior notice or refund.

2. Prohibited Content

It is strictly prohibited to use CubeLaps to generate applications related to the following categories:

Drug sales, dark web, promotion of illegal substances

Illegal gambling
Unregulated casinos, illegal betting

Rug pull, fake airdrops, pyramid schemes

3. Automated Moderation

Our automated moderation system analyzes submitted descriptions and prompts. Requests containing prohibited content are automatically blocked before being processed by the AI.

In case of repeated attempts, the user account may be permanently suspended.

4. Sanctions

  • First offense: email warning + request blocked
  • Repeat offense: temporary account suspension (7 days)
  • Serious or repeated violation: permanent account deletion, without refund
  • Illegal content: report to relevant authorities

5. Appeal

If you believe one of your requests was blocked in error, contact us at moderation@cubelaps.com. We will review your request within 48 hours.
